Upper Body Station
The Upper Body Station features a dual swiveling high pulleys for iso-Lateral lat pull Downs, straight and side ab crunches. The station is equipped with a fully enclosed 175 lb. weight stack, multi-angled seat, iso-lateral or dependent multi-press and row exercise stations, and free cable exercises.The overall measurement of the Upper Body Station measures 3’11”L x 4’9”W x 6’11”H and weighs 520 lbs.
Cable Arms
The Cable Arms added to the Upper Body Station allow for a whole new dimension of exercise. The Upper Body has a variety of free cable exercises that can be performed with the cable arms. These exercises include, chest press, shoulder press, pec fly, bicep curl, tricep extension, and more.
Lower Body Station
The Lower Body Station is equipped with a leg extension/seated leg curl featuring eight different starting point adjustments with patented flip support that allows full muscle contraction. The Lower Body Station features a fully enclosed 175 lb. weight stack with a walk through seat design, centered 4-bar linkage, large foot plate and grip. The base unit measures, 3’ 11” L x 6’ 7” W x 6’ 3” H and with Leg Press, 5’ 5” L x 6’ 7” W x 6’ 3” H. Base unit weighs 610 lbs.
Leg Press/Calf Raise
The Optional Leg Press/Calf Raise provides a whole new dimension by adding a leg press and calf raise station. The 2:1 weight ratio allows for 400 lbs. of actually resistance.
Functional Trainer
The Functional Trainer adds a wide variety of functional training and free cable exercise options. The height adjustable swivel pulleys allow for unlimited free cable exercises and workouts. Equipped with a dual purpose Chin Up Station, Long Bar, Short Bar, Tricep Rope, and Ankle Strap. The functional Trainer includes a fully enclosed 200 lb. weight stack. Overall measurements are, Fully Optioned, 14’ 4” L x 6’ 7” W x 7’ 2” H and without Leg Press, 12’ 11” L x 6’ 7” W x 7’ 2” H. Functional Trainer weighs 729 lbs. Total weight of the whole system is 2,051 lbs.
