IDS CURELUX™ Medical 4-in-1 OLA LED Phototherapy Platform
Engineered in South Korea for clinical versatility and patient comfort, the CURELUX™ platform delivers high-intensity photobiomodulation (PBM) using advanced Optimized Lens Array (OLA) optics. Unlike conventional flat LEDs with wide dispersion angles, CURELUX collates light energy directly toward target chromophores, ensuring deep tissue penetration and uniform photon density across facial contours. Operating across 4 clinically proven wavelengths, CURELUX is an essential adjunct that speeds recovery after ablative lasers, microneedling, and surgery while providing standalone therapies for acne, sensitive reactive skin, and alopecia.
Cellular Photobiomodulation & Cytochrome c Oxidase Activation
Photobiomodulation uses pure non-thermal narrow-band photons to trigger intracellular photochemical cascades. Red (660 nm) and near-infrared (830 nm) photons are absorbed by mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase, boosting ATP energy synthesis, reactive oxygen species moderation, and fibroblast collagen transcription. Blue light (415 nm) stimulates endogenous porphyrins inside P. acnes, creating singlet oxygen that destroys bacteria without antibiotics. Amber light (585 nm) calms vascular reactivity and accelerates lymphatic drainage.
Optimized Lens Array (OLA) Optics
Individual optical micro-lenses focus each LED diode into a collimated beam, maximizing photon density at depth and eliminating scattered light waste.
4 Pure Narrow-Band Medical Wavelengths
Blue (415 nm), Amber (585 nm), Red (660 nm), and Near-Infrared (830 nm) provide targeted coverage for active bacteria, vascular erythema, collagen, and deep repair.
Fanless Convection Cooling Architecture
Engineered with massive internal heat sinks, eliminating fan whine entirely for a completely silent, soothing clinic environment during 20–30 minute sessions.
Key System Capabilities & Workflow Advantages
Fully Articulated Counterbalanced Canopy
Smooth multi-axis pneumatic arm easily positions the curved treatment canopy over patients lying on examination beds, treatment chairs, or recovery stretchers.
9 Programmable Clinical Presets
Memory storage allows clinics to save verified parameter combinations for post-laser calming, acne clearing, collagen boost, and scalp stimulation.
Dual & Triple Simultaneous Modes
Combine wavelengths (e.g., 660 nm + 830 nm for deep healing or 415 nm + 830 nm for acne with anti-inflammatory recovery) in a single session.
Hands-Free Autonomous Operation
Once positioned and started, CURELUX runs automatically, freeing clinical staff to attend to other patients while generating hands-free procedure revenue.
Zero Thermal Skin Damage
Athermal photobiomodulation produces zero photothermal damage, making it 100% safe for all Fitzpatrick phototypes year-round with zero downtime.
Compact Mobile Footprint
Heavy-duty medical caster wheels glide silently between procedure rooms, making it a flexible asset shared across the entire clinic.
