A pocket makes it easy to add additional targeted support using foam pads, such as Swell Spots. Adjust the fit depending on the level of edema day to day. If used with the ReadyWrap Arm, the Gauntlet overlaps to prevent gapping.

- Small fits length up to 12.5 cm, wrist girth 13.5-17 cm, and palm girth 18-20 cm.
- Medium fits length up to 13.5 cm, wrist girth 15.5-20 cm, and palm girth 20-22 cm.
- Large fits length up to 14.5 cm, wrist girth 17.5-23 cm, and palm girth 22-24 cm.
