Kegel Exercise System

Intimate Rose has created a set of six weights to help women strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Women of all ages can benefit from using these weights during traditional kegel exercises. Designed for an effective workout in less time, users will quickly see results after just 1-2 months. By using the kegel weights 15 minutes every day, users will have gained stronger and tighter vaginal muscles that will improve bladder control, make for easier labor, speed-up childbirth recovery, and increase sexual satisfaction.

This kegel exercise system consists of six progressively heavier and color coded medical-grade silicone weights. The exercise system provides a comfortable challenge that not only keeps users motivated but helps them to see results in a shorter amount of time. For beginners, use the weights for 15 minutes every day until it no longer feels challenging for 2-3 days. You can then begin to increase weight while doing kegel exercises combined with functional movements. Users can find these exercises and functional movements in the Intimate Rose Guide to Kegel Exercises included in the set.

This is the only kegel exercise program to be used in physical therapy association training courses. Pelvic rehabilitation specialists have recommended these kegel weights with safe practice. When inserting the kegel weight, position your body in a way that is comfortable with one leg raised. Gently insert the weight as you would a tampon by grasping the end that has a cord attached and slide it in until the entire bulb is in the vagina with the cord remaining on the outside. Users are advised to use a water based lubricant if necessary.
